Information we handle
Stripe processes checkout and provides us with payment status, transaction identifiers, amount, and customer contact details. Our intake collects your business identity, delivery emails, territory, branch location, operating limits, fleet categories, project preferences, exclusions, and acknowledgment choices. We also record report delivery events, corrections, and voluntary outcome feedback.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm payment, match public project records to the filters you chose, generate and deliver the purchased report, support corrections or refunds, prevent abuse, and measure whether the pilot creates useful sales actions. We do not sell customer information.
Service providers and public sources
Stripe supports payments; Resend supports transactional email; Netlify hosts the site and report workflow. Report facts are compiled from public Tennessee government sources and identified industry bid records. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and security controls.
Retention and choices
We retain transaction, intake, report, and outcome records only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information where applicable using the contact form. Some payment or accounting records may need to be retained.
Security and contact
Private report links use time-limited signed tokens. Credentials are kept outside the public codebase. No internet system is perfectly secure. For a privacy request, use our contact form and include “Privacy” in the message.
