How review works
Tell us which delivered cards fail which submitted filter. We will compare the report to the intake and public-source trail. If the delivered pack contains fewer than eight qualifying cards, Black Reign LLC will either correct the pack promptly or issue a refund to the original payment method.
What is not guaranteed
A refund is not triggered merely because a contractor does not respond, an inferred equipment need is already filled, no quote is produced, or no revenue results. Those are uncertain commercial outcomes, not verified public facts.
Source corrections
If a public fact appears wrong, flag the specific card through its report feedback link. We will review the source record and correct a material transcription or matching error. Public-agency data itself can be incomplete or outdated.

Use the feedback link in your report or the contact form. Include the purchase email and the cards or filters at issue. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
