These terms govern the $149 ProjectSignal Territory Signal Audit sold by Black Reign LLC. By purchasing, you agree to use the report for lawful business development and internal prioritization.
The service
The purchase is a one-time report, not a subscription and not an automatic renewal. After a paid checkout and complete intake, ProjectSignal retrieves public records and attempts to deliver 10–15 opportunity cards in HTML, PDF, and CSV. Release is subject to a quality gate and may pause for operator review.
Evidence and limitations
Each report separates public-source facts from rule- or AI-assisted predictions. Public records may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. Predicted project timing and equipment classes are not a purchase order, site observation, confirmed rental requirement, or promise that equipment remains unsourced. You must verify current project phase, contact role, site conditions, and need before acting.
No outcome guarantee
Scores rank actionability; they are not closing probabilities. Black Reign LLC does not guarantee a contact response, quote, rental, revenue, accuracy of third-party public data, or uninterrupted availability.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate intake, lawful outreach, honoring do-not-contact requests, and following marketing, privacy, licensing, and industry rules. Do not misrepresent ProjectSignal predictions as verified demand.
Refunds and liability
The specific pilot refund rule is published in the refund policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and Black Reign LLC’s aggregate liability relating to an audit will not exceed the amount paid for that audit. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
